  2. Multi-device preview

Preview your website on multiple devices at once

Checking one device after another is slow, and it's easy to miss what changed between them. Simlord's compare mode puts up to four phones, tablets and foldables next to each other, at the same scale, and keeps them in step while you scroll, navigate and click.

Add to Chrome, it's freeWorks in Chrome, Edge and Brave. No account needed.

Simlord runs in Chrome on a computer. Open this page there to add it.

Compare side by side

Compare devices side by side

  1. Open your site in Simlord

Start with the device you care about most.

  2. Click Compare

Add up to three more devices, like a small phone, a large phone and a tablet.

  3. Scroll and click once

Choose what to keep in sync, scrolling, navigation or clicks, and every device follows.

The same scale, so sizes compare

Every device is drawn at the same scale, so an iPad is really bigger than an iPhone on your screen. You see at a glance which layout gets the room and which one runs out of it.

One action on every device

Scroll on one device and the others follow to the same place on the page. Follow a link and every device opens it. Turn on clicks and a tap reaches all of them, which makes menus and forms quick to check.

Part of PRO

Compare mode comes with Simlord PRO, a single payment with no subscription. The free version shows one device at a time.

Questions

How many devices can I compare?

Up to four at once, from any group, including foldables and your own sizes.

Can each device have its own orientation?

Yes. Rotate each device on its own.

Is compare mode free?

It's part of PRO, which you buy once and keep for life.

Do all devices get their own user agent?

Each device gets its own size and identity in the page. Network requests use the first device's user agent, because Chrome sends one per tab.

Try it on your own site.
